Paris — Mayer Brown advised Savills Investment Management acting on behalf of a foreign investor in connection with the acquisition of a real estate complex located 19 rue de Calais, in Paris.
This real estate complex, acquired from WREP#3, the value-added fund of Weinberg Capital Partners, and which develops 1,600 sq.m., was fully restructured in 2020.
The Mayer Brown Real Estate Team included partners Alexandre Poupard and Olivier Parawan, counsels Déborah Gelblat and Wladimir Mangel and associates Antoine Alexis and Jean-Philippe Coiffard.
