Paris — Mayer Brown advised La Française Real Estate Managers in connection with the setting-up of a joint-venture with Primonial REIM and EDF Invest for the joint acquisition of the office building “SHIFT” in Paris suburbs, a real estate complex located in Issy Les Moulineaux which develops 47,200 sq.m.
