Mayer Brown represents TriState Capital Holdings in its $1.1 billion acquisition by Raymond James Financial

Mayer Brown advised TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. on its definitive agreement with Raymond James Financial, Inc., which will acquire TriState Capital in a combination cash and stock transaction, valued at approximately $1.1 billion.
