Mayer Brown advises Vitruvian Partners in acquisition of AnyVan Group

London — Mayer Brown represented Vitruvian Partners, a European private equity firm in its acquisition of AnyVan Group, an online booking platform that allows private and business customers to book a broad range of delivery services via their online marketplace.

AnyVan has been used by consumers for removals and freight transportation but is increasingly moving into the business-to-business market.
