Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, acted as deal counsel to Alubar Metais e Cabos, as the issuer, and to BTG Pactual, as the placement agent, in the second issuance of debentures by Alubar, carried out by means of a public offering, with restricted placement efforts under CVM Rule 476, totaling nearly US$100 million. The T&C team comprised partners Rodolfo Tella and Carlos Motta and associates Natália Minotto and Stephanie Carmo.
