Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown has advised investment platform Vinci Partners on the partial acquisition of Arklok, a technology company which leases hardware equipment (notebooks and peripherals) to corporate clients. This is Vinci's first investment in an IT company and also marks the beginning of investments of its new Vinci Capital Partners IV fund. In addition, Arklok’s founder Andrea Rivetti will continue as CEO of the company after the transaction closes.
