Mayer Brown Real Estate Markets partner Paul Meyer was honored as one of Connect Commercial Real Estate’s 2022 “Lawyers in Real Estate.” The award celebrates “real estate lawyers who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.”
One of just 10 lawyers in Chicago and 110 lawyers in the country to be recognized, Paul was selected for representing investors and developers in various facets of real estate transactions and financing.
Paul is a co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Real Estate Markets cross border practice. With over 35 years of practice, his diversified practice includes the representation of real estate investors and developers in all types of domestic and international equity and debt real estate transactions, including complex tax structured joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Paul also serves as an executive board member and general counsel of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.
