Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Agrícola Xingu on the sale of Fazenda Tabuleiro III for R$ 470 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised Agrícola Xingu, a subsidiary of the Mitsui Group, on the sale of Fazenda Tabuleiro III and Fazenda Reserva Tabuleiro III, located in the city of São Desidério/BA, to SLC Agrícola for approximately US$90 million (R$ 470 million).

The team was led by partners Victor Galante and Ludmila Braga, and included associates Daniel Abuchalla and Luiza Uebel.
