Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised TIM on the negotiation of a new client platform partnership, in the health care area, signed with Grupo Cartão de Todos. The deal allows TIM’s clients to access discounted telemedicine services and the largest network of clinics in Brazil. Cartão de Todos currently has 410 clinics in all Brazilian states, with 18 million individuals in its base.
The partnership is a key element of TIM’s strategic plan, which seeks to offer health solutions for a population without access to health plans. According to a research conducted by TIM, more than 60% of its clients do not have a health plan and could benefit from these services.
The team was led by partner Daniella Raigorodsky Monteiro, and included partners Ivan Tauil, Carlos Motta, Fabio Peixinho, and Henrique Rocha, and associates Thiago Coimbra, Sophia de Maio, Nubia Bufarah, and Isabela Franco.
