Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised BNP Paribas, as lead coordinator, on a new financing for Brazilian energy company Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (CTEEP), structured via its 13th debentures issuance, in the amount of approximately US$ 102 million (R$ 550 million).
This is the company's first transaction to be carried out within the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission’s (CVM) new regulatory framework for public offerings.
