Shout out to a Mayer Brown team led by partner Joe Mahoney that landed a precedential decision this week from the Federal Circuit upholding a win for pharmaceutical client Galderma S.A. in a showdown at the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board with rival Medytox Inc.
