Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Itaú BBA Bank, Banco do Brasil, and Santander Bank in loan granted to PetroReconcavo
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown provided legal advice, encompassing both Brazilian and New York law, to Itaú BBA, Banco do Brasil, and Banco Santander (Brazil) as creditors in a US$ 60 million loan granted to PetroReconcavo.
The Brazilian team was led by partners Eduardo Lima, Priscilla Santos (Banking and Finance), and Rodolfo Tella (Capital Markets and Securitization), with the support of Theodoro Scott and Beatriz Lavigne.
