London — Mayer Brown has advised Hasbro, Inc., the leading toy and game company, on the European aspects of the sale of its eOne film and TV division to Lionsgate for approximately US$500 million.
Mayer Brown has a long-standing relationship with eOne, having advised the company for more than 15 years on a variety of matters before and after its acquisition by Hasbro, Inc. in 2019, a transaction on which the firm also advised.
