Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Kilima Asset on raising of R$ 325 million by Oakberry

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Kilima Asset, an investment manager, on the raising of R$ 325 million by Oakberry, a health food chain focused on selling açaí, through investment funds managed by BTG Pactual.

Oakberry, which already has more than 600 stores and international operations, intends to expand its business with the funds raised.

Partners Carlos Motta, Rodolfo Tella and Ludmila Braga led the team advising on the operation, which included associate Thiago Coimbra.
