Tauil & Chequer Advogados represents Itaú BBA, BNP Paribas Brasil, Bradesco BBI and Banco Votorantim in Hypera's 16th issuance of debentures worth R$ 750 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised banks Itaú BBA, BNP Paribas Brasil, Bradesco BBI and Banco Votorantim on the 16th issuance of debentures by Hypera, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company, worth a total of R$ 750 million and carried out under the terms of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) Resolution 160.

The net funds raised in the issuance will be used to reinforce the issuer's cash flow.

The team advising the underwriters was led by partner Luis Montes, with the participation of associates Thatiana Siqueira and Marcella Castellano, from the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets & Securitization areas.
