Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Manatí Capital Management, an investment manager, on the public offering for primary distribution of quotas of the 5th issuance of the Real Estate Investment Fund Manatí Capital Hedge Fund under the terms of Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution 160.
The offer was settled in the amount of approximately R$ 153.5 million.
