Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises BTG Pactual on the issuance of BRL 545,9 million in debentures by Brasil TecPar

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as counsel to BTG Pactual Investment Banking Ltda., as the placement agent, in the context of the public offering of debentures issued by Brasil Tecnologia e Participações S.A. in the amount of R$ 545,9 million.
The net proceeds raised aim to finance the expansion, adaptation, and modernization of connectivity services and IT infrastructure, including transport networks, access networks, wireless local networks, data centers, M2M communication networks such as the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as submarine cables and infrastructure for telecom network virtualization.
The transaction was led by partner Luis Montes and supported by associates Julia Zarth, Wilson Jung, and Marcella Castellano from Banking & Finance.
