LOUIS CHIAPPETTA NAMED A TOP RESTRUCTURING LAWYER BY GLOBAL M&A NETWORK

Mayer Brown partner Louis Chiappetta has been named to Global M&A Network’s 11th annual list of the “Top Restructuring Professionals.” This highly competitive and coveted list recognizes 25 consultants and investment bankers, and 50 lawyers, who are the most “respected, successful, and innovative restructuring professionals” from the global restructuring and turnaround communities.

Louis leads Mayer Brown’s Global Restructuring Debtor practice. He is an industry leader in representing both debtor and creditor clients in complex US and non-US reorganizations in both in and out-of-court restructurings throughout a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, foods, energy, renewables, retail, real estate, health care, automotive, alternative investment, construction, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, grocery, telecommunications, entertainment, and shipping.
