Mayer Brown has been ranked as the most active issuer counsel for new US asset-and mortgage-backed bond deals by Asset-Backed Alert in its 2024 law firm league table rankings.
According to Asset-Backed Alert’s ABS Database, Mayer Brown appeared as issuer counsel on 121 deals totaling $93.2 billion, an increase from 109 offerings for $77 billion the year before.
With more than 150 structured finance lawyers in offices across the Americas, Asia, and Europe, Mayer Brown has one of the largest structured finance practices in the world and has securitized almost every asset type.
