Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Eletrobras on the delisting of shares from LATIBEX, Spain

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as lead legal counsel to Eletrobras in the delisting process of its issued common and class “B” preferred shares from the Mercado de Valores Latinoamericanos (Latibex), a segment of Bolsa y Mercados Españoles Sistemas de Negociación S.A. (BME), in Spain.
