Mayer Brown advises Swiss Life Asset Managers on acquisition of commercial properties in Bavaria

Frankfurt am Main - Mayer Brown advised Swiss Life Asset Managers on the acquisition of two commercial properties in Nuremberg and Dachau. Both properties were added to the “BEOS Light Industrial Germany I” fund portfolio.

In total, these properties comprise more than 27,000 square meters of warehouse, production and office space in Nuremberg and Dachau.

The team is led by Dr. Philipp Schaefer (Partner, Frankfurt, Real Estate) and includes Benjamin Schulz (Senior Associate, Frankfurt, Real Estate) and Duc Hieu Le (Senior Associate, Frankfurt, Real Estate).
