Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Melitta on the acquisition of a stake in Baristo and Rent a Coffee, companies involved in the purchase, sale, and rental of coffee machines and the sale of related supplies.

The transaction marks Melitta's entry into a new, fast-growing market. It demonstrates Melitta's keen eye for capturing new opportunities in the Brazilian market and its willingness to continue growing and expanding its wide range of products and services offered to the general public.
