Olivier Aubouin

Olivier advises companies and private equity funds in the context of acquisition of stakes in listed or non-listed companies as well as in the monitoring of their investments. He has extensive experience in delisting transactions (Public to Private).

In addition, Olivier advises French and foreign industrial companies, and particularly listed companies, on their acquisition, takeover, mergers or securities issuance transactions on capital markets. 

Olivier is regularly recommended by Chambers in the area of private equity.
