Marissa A. Cantu

Marissa Cantu is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Marissa represents publicly held and privately owned companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestures, restructurings, equity financings and both private and public mergers.

Marissa received her JD from Duke University School of Law and her BS in Finance with honors from Arizona State University.
