Rafael Fischman Hochman

Rafael Fischman Hochman is an associate in the Infrastructure practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. Rafael have advised national and foreign clients with Commercial Contracts, Corporate Law and M&A and worked in some of the main law firms in Brazil, as well as in an international financial institution. Rafael holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and obtained his MBA in Accounting and Finance from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisa Contábeis, Actuariais e Financeiras.
