概览

Lorenz Ludewig's practice-oriented advice and strategic approach help his clients to achieve their goals efficiently and with legal certainty. He advises investors, banks, insurance companies and project developers comprehensively in all phases of real estate transactions and project developments with a focus on real estate investments and ongoing asset management, in particular providing support in the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements, as well as further agreements on the operation and development of projects, including construction and architects' contracts.

He also specializes in litigation and supports his clients in developing strategies to avoid and terminate legal disputes, but also represents them effectively in court where necessary.

  • CBRE Global Investors on the acquisition and the acquisition financing of a logistics park in Trebur by way of an asset deal from Deutsche Logistik Holding GmbH, which is part of the Zech Group.*
  • Aedifica on the acquisition of seven nursing homes in Berlin, Ueckermünde, Plön and Wankendorfincluding the conclusion of new lease agreements with the respective home operators for all seven properties.*
  • Aedifica on the acquisition of a portfolio with four nursing homes in Saxony and on the letting to the future operator. Furthermore, advised the client on the acquisition of a nursing home in Meissen as well as on the acquisition of the operating company of the home.*
  • Linus Capital GmbH on the granting of various senior and mezzanine loans totaling EUR 122m for a number of German project developer. This includes two loans toCREO commercial real estate opportunities GmbH totaling approx. EUR 14m for the acquisition of a logistics asset with approx. 20,000 sq. m in Berlin as well as the acquisition of an office complex with approx. 5,800sq m and a planned total gross floor area of further 7,000 sq. m in Dusseldorfs' airport area.*
  • Avignon Capital on the sale of former Umspannwerk Kreuzberg (power transformer station) in Berlin to RFR Holding by way of a Guernsey share deal for approx. EUR 90m.*
  • InfraRed Capital on the acquisition of "WestendCarree" in Frankfurt from TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (TRIUVA) by way of a share deal.*
  • Avignon Capital on the acquisition and the acquisition financing of two hotel properties operated by Meininger for EUR 48,5m. The hotels are located in Berlin near central station and in Frankfurt in the district Gateway Garden, close to the airport.*
