Clare E. Myers

Clare Myers is a Litigation and Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice. She has extensive experience drafting appeals and dispositive and non-dispositive motions in both federal and state court. Clare’s experience includes appearances before federal and state courts, including briefing and arguing appeals before the Illinois Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Clients across a variety of industries rely on Clare for representation in complex litigation, including class actions, antitrust suits, and environmental cases. She counsels clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial fact investigation, discovery, removal, and remand, to dispositive motions, trial, and appeal.
