Cory R. Miggins

Cory Miggins is a Banking & Finance partner in Chicago. Cory focuses his practice primarily on representing clients in connection with a wide range of domestic and cross-border securitization and other structured finance transactions in both the public and private markets. Cory has represented clients in transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, including trade receivables, insurance premium finance contracts, consumer loans, commercial loans, auto and equipment loans and leases, dealer floorplan receivables, and credit card receivables.  Cory’s experience includes numerous representations of clients in both publicly registered and unregistered asset-backed securities, as well as representations of borrowers, sellers, lenders and purchasers in on- and off-balance sheet securitization transactions and supply chain/inventory financing transactions funded by banks and other financial institutions.
