Brady Nash

Brady Nash represents US, Asian, and European clients in the high tech, medical devices, and telecommunications industries. His practice includes litigation in trial and appellate courts, the International Trade Commission, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He assists clients in all phases of litigation from complaint to trial and post-trial, including pre-filing strategy and analysis, infringement and validity analysis, discovery, depositions, pre- and post-trial motions and briefs, and appeals. As a licensed patent attorney, he also advises clients respecting US Patent and Trademark Office patent application drafting and filing processes, responses to office actions, strategy and completion of examiner interviews, and patent portfolio strategies and recommendations.

Brady’s previous experience includes all phases of patent prosecution and strategy, as well as IP litigation for a wide array of technologies, including financial transaction processing, automotive, and distribution management.

• Supported the representation of a prominent designer and manufacturer of water rides in litigation involving design and utility patents, which resulted in a jury verdict finding all patents valid, and the award of monetary damages on the infringed patents, including willful infringement for two products.*
• Represented global cleaning product design and technology company in successfully challenging the validity of a competitor’s patent during the inter partes review process before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.*
• Represented international e-commerce company in successfully prosecuting patents related to distribution management before the US Patent and Trademark Office.*
• Supported the representation of a cervical traction device company in obtaining a permanent injunction for trademark, copyright, and patent infringement.*
