Emily G. Naughton

Emily Naughton is a partner in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Real Estate Markets practice and the Projects & Infrastructure team. Emily advises clients on a broad array of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on digital infrastructure and cloud computing. She represents data center owners, developers, operators, and investors globally in connection with acquisition and development projects, disposition and transition of data center facilities, and data center leases and collocation agreements. Emily has an in-depth understanding of the technology powering the cloud and the market for cloud services, and applies this knowledge to assist clients with finding practical solutions to meet their business needs.
