Nicolas Posada represents domestic and foreign investment and commercial banks in connection with subscription credit facilities and NAV credit facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas worked as an associate at a prominent firm in Colombia, where he represented financial institutions, project sponsors and corporations on national and international corporate and project finance transactions, including corporate loans, syndicated loans, acquisition financings, asset-based loans and aircraft financing transactions.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
