Michael D. Russo

Michael D. Russo is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and sales of business, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial transactions and other corporate matters for US and multinational companies. His practice spans a variety of industries, including food & beverage, infrastructure, insurance and life sciences. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mike received his JD magna cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review.  Mike received his BA from Boston College.
