Richard C. Scoville

Richard Scoville is an associate in the Salt Lake City office of Mayer Brown and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices. Richard counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financings, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, public offerings for emerging companies, SEC reporting requirements and general corporate matters.

While in law school, Richard was a summer associate and law clerk for a regional law firm, a legal intern at Finicity in Salt Lake City (2018-2019) and a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert J. Shelby of the US District Court for the District of Utah (2017).
