Katherine H. Stevens

Katherine Stevens is a counsel in the New York office of Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice. She represents issuers, underwriters, corporate borrowers and lenders in structuring and negotiating transactions involving various types of residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties and other residential real property-related assets, including RMBS, servicing advances, mortgage servicing rights and home equity products.

Katherine’s experience includes structured finance transactions, warehouse financings, sales and acquisitions of mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights and single-family properties and issuances of securities backed by residential mortgage loans and single-family rental properties, including several novel asset types, transactions and structures.
