Whitney L. Smith

Whitney Smith is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Real Estate Markets practice and the Projects & Infrastructure team.

Whitney advises clients on a broad array of commercial real estate transactions domestically and internationally, from leasing to sales and acquisitions, with an emphasis on digital infrastructure and cloud computing. She represents data center owners, developers, operators, and investors globally in connection with acquisition and development projects, disposition and transition of data center facilities, and data center leases and collocation agreements.
