Represented:
- A Saudi investment firm on an acquisition of a stake in a US$2 billion cybersecurity and fraud detection business and Delaware target with subsidiaries in the UK, Singapore, and the UAE.
- Cummins Inc., a global manufacturer, designer, and distributor of diesel engines, filtration, and power generation products, on the acquisition of a 50% equity stake in a Chinese joint venture, involving antitrust analysis and filings in China, and on post-closing restructuring of the joint venture.
- Pampa Capital and its private equity funds on two separate divestments as follows:
- The sale to John Deere of PLA, an agro-machinery business and producer of sprayers, planters, and specialty agriculture products in Argentina and Brazil.
- The sale to Vilmorin Nederland, a division of the Limagrain Group, of portfolio businesses in Argentina and Brazil engaged in the research, production, and marketing of seeds of maize, wheat, sunflower, and soy, with a main focus on the cultivation of corn, including the seasoned corn germplasm.

- A multinational payment solutions provider on the acquisition of an equity stake in a Dubai payment solutions business as part of a strategic investment and in compliance with US banking regulations, including advice on DIFC structuring in navigating UAE local partnership rules.
- Cruise, a US-based autonomous vehicle company, on its strategic alliance with the government of Dubai to provide and operate a fleet of autonomous ride-hailing services in the Emirate, advising on all corporate, commercial, and regulatory aspects of the deal.
- Triple Five Group, the developer, owner, and operator of Mall of America, West Edmonton Mall, and, most recently, American Dream Meadowlands, on the development of the world’s largest mixed-use entertainment and shopping center in Saudi Arabia, in a joint venture with the Public Investment Fund, Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund. The US$5 billion project, dubbed “Arabian Dream,” is expected to be comprised of theme parks, recreational and sports facilities, retail dining, shopping centers, and hospitality components.
