Jennifer L. Weinberg

Jennifer L. Weinberg is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on advising and representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. She has extensive experience defending clients in consumer protection, false advertising, and commercial litigation cases. She has particular experience representing clients in cases involving the DC Consumer Protection Procedures Act (“DCCPPA”), including a successful defense of a DC-area business. Jennifer also maintains an active appellate practice focusing on appellate briefing in the United States Supreme Court, briefing in several US courts of appeals, and dispositive motions in trial court. Jennifer previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
