Christophe Wassaf

Christophe Wassaf is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. He represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of syndicated and bilateral, secured and unsecured financing transactions, including investment grade and leveraged facilities, cash flow and asset-based loan facilities, debt restructurings and complex liability management transactions. Christophe’s diverse practice and his language skills have allowed him to successfully advise clients across a wide range of industries in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
