Eftelpe Xistris is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Effie has worked on a several structured and fund finance transactions since joining the firm.

• Represented DFC in connection with a $48 million direct loan to Triple Jump Financial Inclusion Resilience Fund B.V., a Netherlands fund structured under the AIFMD regime focused on providing subordinated debt to financial intermediaries serving micro and small and medium enterprises and low-income borrowers in emerging markets.
• Represented DFC in connection with direct loans to Global Access Fund LP and Global Access Fund IV LP to facilitate lending for water and sanitation loans to microfinance investment vehicles globally.
• Represented DFC in connection with COPs fundings in connection with Lekela solar project in Egypt.
• Represented Nomura Securities International, Inc. as refinancing placement agent and acted as deal counsel, in a partial refinancing by Octagon Investment Partners 20-R, Ltd. and Octagon Investment Partners 20-R, LLC of $430.9 million CLO securities.
• Represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as underwriter, in connection with a $322 million reset of Crown City CLO II, managed by Western Asset Management Company, LLC. We also acted as deal/issuer counsel.
• Represented Logistics Re Ltd., as the Issuer, in connection with the catastrophe bond offering of $95 million Series 2021-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes.
• Represented Barclays Capital Inc. as arranger in the reset by Octagon Investment Partners 50, Ltd. and Octagon Investment Partners 50, LLC of $410.2 million of CLO securities.
• Represented private equity firm DIF Capital Partners in the acquisition of a majority interest in Joink, LLC, a telecommunications infrastructure company that provides enterprise fiber, residential fiber and fixed wireless services.
