Avocat au Barreau de Paris et de Bruxelles (Liste E), Nathalie Jalabert Doury est l’associée responsable de la pratique Antitrust et Concurrence du cabinet en France et co-dirige la pratique Antitrust européenne du cabinet.
Nathalie dispose d’une expertise reconnue dans les différentes procédures d’application des règles de concurrence par les autorités de concurrence au niveau européen et français.
Nathalie est notamment recommandée par l’International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers, ainsi que par les guides Legal 500 et Chambers & Partners. Elle est l’auteur de guides sur les enquêtes de concurrence et intervient régulièrement dans le cadre de colloques dédiés au droit de la concurrence.
Nathalie est représentante non gouvernementale (NGA) de l’Autorité de la concurrence française et de l’Autorité Polynésienne de la Concurrence au sein de l’lnternational Competition Network (ICN), un réseau international réunissant plus de 100 autorités de la concurrence dans le monde dont l’objectif est de promouvoir la convergence entre les droits et les politiques de concurrence et la coopération entre ses membres, afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de la régulation de la concurrence sur le plan international.
Expérience
Antitrust investigations
Nathalie assists companies handling dawn raids and subsequent procedures by European Competition Authorities. She has published a well known guide on how legal departments need to prepare upstream for any investigation within their premises and she regularly publishes and speaks as an expert on those subjects.
Nathalie assists numerous clients in infringement cases before the European and French Competition Authorities and Courts as well as on emergency procedures and preliminary injunction cases, initiated in order to obtain access to essential facilities and from gatekeepers pre and post entry into force of the Digital Markets Act (DMA).

Merger Control
Nathalie also handles a number of merger filings every year, before the EU and French Competition Authorities and she coordinates multi-filings in other jurisdictions. She notably has a long-standing practice of mergers on local markets (construction, retail, etc.) and acquired dedicated sector experience in a number of additional industries (building materials, food products, transport, luxury products, private equity, etc.)
