Our Energy Restructuring group serves energy companies and lenders. We understand the issues and challenges faced by these groups in today’s distressed oil and gas markets, in the upstream, midstream, downstream and oil field services sectors. This broad perspective allows us to quickly identify the business and legal issues that may arise during the course of a restructuring or insolvency proceeding.

We have experience in every aspect of a troubled situation in these sectors, including complex out-of-court and in-court restructurings, from the perspective of both debtors and creditors. We also frequently represent clients in connection with distressed merger and acquisition transactions.
