On 10 May 2021, Dany Khayat organized and hosted the 3rd Sciences Po Mayer Brown Arbitration Lecture (SPMBAL) which was delivered by Professor Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler on the topic of National Courts & Investment Tribunals: Competition or Coordination?
The lecture was followed by a debate with Dominique Hascher, Eduardo Silva-Romero and Marie Stoyanov and was co-hosted by Dany Khayat and Professor Diego P Fernández Arroyo.
