On 20 April 2022, Banking & Finance Partner Doos Choi co-presented a virtual seminar titled “Fund Finance 2.0 - NAV Financing” organised by the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
Macroeconomic market conditions have created challenges for investors and private fund sponsors in finding liquidity solutions. NAV financing via loans or preferred equity has developed into a highly customizable and flexible option for navigating the economic impacts of COVID-19 and beyond. During the panel session, Doos and the other panellists discussed NAV fund financing from both business and legal perspectives.
The seminar was well-attended by over 120 industry practitioners.
