Paris — Mayer Brown advised a foreign investor and Savills Investment Management in connection with the acquisition in sale and leaseback of an office building located 35 rue de Bassano, within the “Golden Triangle” in Paris.

This office building, built in 1876 and which develops ca. 1,500 sq.m., was fully restructured in 2016.
