Mayer Brown advises the management of UTAC CERAM in connection with the reorganization of its capital

Paris — Mayer Brown advised the management of UTAC CERAM (Union Technique de l’Automobile, du Motocycle et du Cycle), a company providing services in all areas of land transport: regulation and approval of vehicles, testing and technical expertise, certification, events and driver training; in connection with the sale of the majority stake in UTAC CERAM’s capital by the FCDE to Eurazeo PME. The FCDE remains the group’s second shareholder.

Mayer Brown advised the management shareholders of the group alongside Eurazeo. The Mayer Brown team consisted of Laurent Borey (partner), Pauline Barbier and Myriam Khetib-Khatiri (associates).
