Mayer Brown represented Ventus Holdings, a leader in Managed Network-as-a-Service solutions that simplify the complexity of enterprise wide area network connectivity, in its $347 million acquisition by Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII), a leading global provider of Internet of Things connectivity products and services. The acquisition represents the largest in Digi’s 36-year history.
