Mayer Brown advised Europa Capital in connection with the setting-up of a joint-venture with DeA Capital Real Estate France for the joint acquisition and refurbishment of an office building located 26 rue Ordener in the 18th arrondissement of Paris from S2FIT1, the office and industrial property manager of railway company SNCF.
