London — Mayer Brown represented K&K Property Holdings in the acquisition of 15 Adam Street from a Swedish pension fund for £66.1m. This cross-border acquisition was executed by a London Mayer Brown team.
The freehold property close to Charing Cross station and Convent Garden Piazza was refurbished in 2019 and comprises 53,985 square feet of office and retail accommodation.
