Mayer Brown advises Omni Partners on acquisition of Aesthetic Technology Partners

London — Mayer Brown has advised Omni Partners, an investment management firm focused on private markets, on its acquisition of the LED phototherapy business, Aesthetic Technology.

Aesthetic Technology Limited (ATL), founded in 2012 and based in Warrington, manufactures energy-based devices for the medical aesthetic and cosmetic markets. 

Omni plans to expand ATL to international markets, as well as support its product development into new medical treatments.

The Mayer Brown team was led by private equity partner James West and included partners Tim Nosworthy, Mark Prinsley, Iain Roberts, James Hill, Stuart Brinkworth, Jason Hungerford, Miriam Bruce, Tim Baines and associates Laura Baker, Kirstin Swanepoel, Emma Wayland, Reece Randall, Alice Miller and Tamar Ruiz.
