Mayer Brown advises LatAm software company on cross-border sale to US investment fund

Mayer Brown advised software company Moove-IT on its sale to a set of investment funds managed by US venture capital group, Recognize Partners.

Moove-IT, which has operations in Uruguay and Colombia, provides customized software solutions to US-based clients. Following this sale, Recognize Partners seeks to combine with Moove-IT to create a software development platform primarily based in Uruguay.

The Mayer Brown team included partners Rebecca Seidl, Lucas Giardelli and Thomas Horenkamp, as well as associates Bradley Kaplan and Naté Simmons.
